Båtproduktionen har funnits i Visbyfabriken sedan 1969 och har sett många skiften och konjunktursvängningar. Nu har Nimbus beslutat att stänga fabriken och satsa på produktion på andra ställen. De anställda på Nimbus inbjuder därför till manifestation mot nedläggningen på Östercentrum i Visby.
